At Minvalonnie, we take lifelong responsibility for every dog we bring into the world. This commitment begins at birth and continues for the entirety of the dog’s life, regardless of age or circumstance.
We understand that personal situations can change. Illness, financial difficulty, family changes or unexpected events may mean an owner is no longer able to provide the level of care their dog needs. In these situations, our priority is always the wellbeing and long‑term security of the dog.
For this reason, all owners agree to the following:
• Any Minvalonnie dog must be returned to us if the owner is unable to keep them.
• Owners must not rehome, sell, transfer or pass on a Minvalonnie dog without our knowledge and written approval.
• We must be contacted immediately if an owner is considering rehoming or is struggling to meet the dog’s needs.
• We will always offer support, guidance and assistance to ensure the dog is placed safely and appropriately.
• Under no circumstances should a Minvalonnie dog be placed into rescue, sold online or rehomed privately.
Our responsibility as a breeder does not end when a puppy leaves our home. We remain committed to ensuring that no Minvalonnie dog is ever placed at risk or moved into an unsuitable environment.
Full legal terms relating to returns and rehoming are detailed in the Minvalonnie Puppy Sales & Ownership Agreement.
